History

The companies of the Pinus Group have long-term experience in the field of information technology and office supplies. The Group has been expanding over the years along with the development of the needs of our customers, considering the ever increasing importance of the information technology in the business of companies. Strong customer relationships and the leading brands that we represent have ensured the expansion of the company.

Until 1998 PC Pinus Oy was operating under the name Perbi Oy. Perbi Oy started its business already in 1950, and it was focussed on selling and maintaining office equipment. Along with the spread of the information technology the business expanded to include PCs. In 2005 the Turku-based company KS Personal Computer Oy purchased our operations, and the company was renamed into PC Pinus Oy.

In 2007 a subsidiary of PC Pinus Oy – X-Partner Turku Oy – concluded an agency agreement with Xerox, strengthening thus its business as an ICT equipment supplier. Turku X-Files Oy was founded in 2008; the company is an all-inclusive supplier of a wide range of office supplies.

Currently the company is operating in Turku and Riga.
